Certified Reiki Master - Usui Shiki Ryoho Level III

About Reiki:
The Japanese word Reiki is derived from
Rei, meaning spirit, conscious, or universe, and Ki, meaning life force or energy. Together it means universal life
force, or conscious energy, which can be used for healing. The Usui System of Natural Healing was developed in
Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and later brought to the West.
Reiki is a healing modality which uses touch to activate
the body's natural healing response. A Reiki session is performed by a Certified Reiki Practitioner (CRP) or Certified
Reiki Master (CRM) using specific hand positions either lightly touching the body or just above it. During the Reiki
session, the client is fully clothed while comfortably reclining on a massage table or seated in a chair. Reiki is a
very relaxing experience that has many benefits including stress reduction, pain reduction, and emotional release.
